This website provides information about Zalynt's services. Content may change without notice. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either party.
Scope of services
Zalynt performs technical accessibility testing and code-level remediation on websites and Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce themes. Work is delivered against a written scope agreed in advance. Testing uses automated tooling combined with targeted manual review, and WCAG is used as a technical reference framework.
No legal advice or compliance guarantee
Zalynt does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, certification, or guarantees of compliance with any law or regulation. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and website changes can introduce new issues. Organizations requiring legal interpretations should consult qualified legal counsel.
Client responsibilities
- Providing the access required to perform agreed remediation work.
- Maintaining backups of the theme and store before changes are applied.
- Reviewing and approving the agreed remediation scope.
Third-party software
Some accessibility issues originate in third-party apps or platform components Zalynt does not control. Zalynt addresses those issues where technically possible and documents anything that falls outside Zalynt's control.
