Information you enter

When you submit the inquiry form, Zalynt stores: your store URL, your email address, the service you selected (Free Scan, Storefront Fix or Custom Project), and, if you provide them, your name and a short message. Zalynt also stores the submission time and the store domain derived from the URL you entered.

How it is used

• To deliver the free scan you requested.
• To confirm eligibility, dates and details for a Storefront Fix booking.
• To review your store and prepare a custom project quote.
• To reply to you at the email address you provided.

Zalynt does not sell or publish submitted information.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a database provided by Zalynt's website hosting platform (Lovable Cloud). Database access rules block visitors from reading, changing or deleting submissions. Enquiries are saved in our website database and emailed to Zalynt's inbox so we can respond. The notification includes the information you submit, and your email address is used as the reply-to address. The hosting and email-sending providers process this information only as needed to store and deliver it.

Analytics and technical data

This website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as button clicks and form starts. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information such as your browser, device and approximate location. The values you type into the form are not sent to analytics. The hosting platform may also keep standard technical request logs.

Retention

Submissions are kept while needed to respond and to maintain business records. There is no automatic deletion schedule. If you become a client, records related to the project and its payments may be kept as business records after other data is deleted.
